Delivery ​ 

 

All orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Judy Bentinck Millinery delivers goods via signed and tracked Royal Mail services for UK deliveries and alternative courier services for the rest of the world.  

​

You will be ask to sign on receipt of delivery. If you’re not at home when the courier delivers, they may leave your package with a neighbour or will leave you a card so you can rearrange delivery or pick up from your local collection center. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide track and sign services to some international countries. Delivery Times 

We aim to deliver goods within 2-3 business working days for UK deliveries, 3-5 business working days for Europe deliveries and 5-8 days for other international deliveries. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.  

 

Please make sure you provide us with your up-to-date contact/address  details in your Customer Account and/or Enquiry. Otherwise delays may occur.​​

 

Shipping 

The price of a product does not include shipping charges. Our shipping charges are as advised to you during the check-out process. UK shipping cost is £12-15 depending on the size of the box required.

All UK orders will be assigned reference number that can be used to track your parcel via the link provided in your dispatch email. Europe and other international delivery prices may very on selected order, size of the parcel and country of destination. Local Taxes ​For International Delivery Destinations - please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.​
